Sindhi Urad Dal/ Moong dal Wadi is a traditional sun-dried lentil dumpling made especially during the summer months. It's usually added to curries or vegetables for a punch of flavor and protein. It is mainly used in a famous sindhi dish called wadiyoon patata.
